Laura is a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who graduated from University College London in 2010. Before joining London Speech Therapy, Laura worked within the NHS for 11 years; supporting children across mainstream schools, early years clinics, nurseries and specialist Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties primary and secondary settings.

Laura currently works in mainstream primary schools in London and in Kent with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs. She also works with private clients and in early years and is our Primary and Early Years Lead. As part of this role Laura works on developing what we offer to schools and nurseries, supporting the team working within those settings and ensuring we are staying up to date on best practice and therapy approaches.

Laura is trained in Attention Autism, PECS, Word Aware and is an Elklan tutor. Outside of work, Laura loves to bake, explore the outdoors and spend time with her family and friends!
