Tzensoula Zgouri

Tzensoula studied at the University of Patras and is a fully qualified Speech and Language Therapist in Greece. She is currently practicing as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant at London Speech Therapy, while awaiting her HCPC registration. Tzensoula has experience of working with a wide range of ages, speech, language and communication needs including Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, Developmental Language Delay, Severe Language Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Tzensoula has experience in working with students who have Education and Health Care Plans, implementing these plans in specialist and mainstream schools, commissioned by the Local Authority. She has attended post graduate training in: Augmentative and Alternative Communication, PECS, Makaton, TEACCH, LEGO therapy and Zones of Regulation. She has a specialist interest in Augmentative and Alternative Communication and advocates for the right of communication for people with learning disabilities. She is fluent in Greek and Albanian, and can provide therapy in these languages. Outside of work, Tzensoula enjoys traveling and cycling.
