Rose Beeching

 

Rose is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2009 and has now had more than 14 years of experience across NHS, private and international healthcare settings. Rose has worked in a variety of NHS settings including acute care, neurological rehabilitation units, inpatient mental health and for the past 8 years working for a variety of community Speech and Language Therapy services predominantly in and around London.

Rose has a keen interest in supporting clients with their communication and swallowing skills following stroke and traumatic brain injury. Rose has been involved with several voluntary and paid projects in Vietnam supporting the Trinh Foundation Australia NGO and Handicap International funded by USAid and has also volunteered and been a guest lecturer in Sri Lanka at hospitals in Colombo and Kandy and at the Bangladesh Health Professionals Institute.

Rose is a certified life coach, integrating advanced listening and interpersonal communication skills into her speech and language therapy work with clients.
