Clare Rose
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Level: Specialist SLT
Clare graduated from City, University of London in 2018. Since graduation, Clare has spent over five years working for the NHS in a busy central London trust. During this time, Clare has developed passion and experience working within early years clinics, nurseries and children’s centres and mainstream primary schools. She has a particular interest for supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families with their communication and interaction skills. She is passionate about developing skills that will enable clients and their caregivers/ adults around them to feel empowered and support their positive wellbeing.
Clare has training and experience in a variety of therapy approaches, including Intensive Interaction, Attention Autism, Adult-Child-Interaction, Colourful Semantics, Lidcombe program for stammering and Hanen’s More Than Words and It Takes Two To Talk programs. Clare has extensive experience in delivering training to both parents and professionals and her therapy has a strong focus on parent/ adult led strategies to support the child’s speech, language and communication skills development. Clare is a new addition to LST and looking forward to being part of the team.
