Expert Witness and EHCP Assessments

Our EHCP / SEN assessments are primarily carried out by our Senior Management Team, who have extensive experience in successfully assessing ‘hard to reach’ children and producing ‘tribunal ready’ detailed reports. 

Whilst the vast majority of our legal reports are accepted by Local Authorities and our Speech & Language Therapy Recommendations incorporated into Working Documents, where needed, we are able to attend tribunals across the UK.

The Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP) has released a statement regarding some local authorities refusing to consider reports by independent Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) as part of the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) process.
