Eliza is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapy Assistant (SLTA) with a background in speech, hearing, and language sciences from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, addressing challenges such as aphasia, speech sound difficulties, verbal apraxia, and communication impairments resulting from stroke or traumatic brain injury (TBI). Since joining LST, Eliza has also gained experience working with autistic individuals, secondary school students, and those with speech delays. Additionally, she has experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, particularly Proloquo2Go. Eliza is passionate about improving communication to enhance the quality of life for all her clients.
